Messer Smythe - London Times
Q) If I am following the structure correctly, you have established a Low Level of Incoming Links to produce a minimum "Four Foot" effect, hence producing the minimum amount of fertile ground necessary to launch outlinks. Of these outlinks, the central factor is linking to a special algorithm, whose properties enhance placement on the search engines?

Professor Means - CU
A) In a nutshell. Which of course is merely a test platform for bouncing algorithms into deep space.

Q) What are you using to create your "Four Foot" effect?

A) I don't follow?

Q) Are you using the same type of incoming links as the majority of sites competing for preference?

A) Oh' I see. Good question. This is a noteworthy topic. Because, once again it speaks to the highly competitve "state of nature" of web placement. Each of the three major Search Engines publishes specific rules of conduct concerning behavior. It is noteworthy to mention that we have observed a high percent of infractions taking place. As an example, paid for placement ads seems to be prevelent. We have also noted farm sites, spam, mirror sites, internal link structures....the list goes on and on.... Project First is generating so little PR, we have ben informed that are linking patterns are well within the guidelines. However, the guidelines themselves are worth a moment of conversation because we are of the opinion that most of them are a Potemkin Village. The Seach Engines are so sophiscated as not to tip off what really effects Rankings.

Q) Do you mean that google's Guidelines are meant to mislead companies bent upon pushing the envelope?

A) I can not comment specifically on any particular Search Engine or rule. Suffice to say, that the Search Engines are very sensitive to the inner workings of their Patents, and we have had long discussions with them about what we will beable to publish in the future.

Q) You spoke at length at the Chicago Forum about the variables involved to produce even a slight rankings improvement?

A) Indeed. Let's forget about Project First's formulas for a moment. Everyone always wants SEO advice from us. So, here it goes. In general, the principle seems to be the better the outlinks, the better the rankings. Of course, the devil is in the details. Oh' so many factors. We are still sorting them out; PR of the page being linked, its content, age, its placement, the order of creating outlinks, the timing of constructing the outlinks. It's fairly complex and we are still running programs on the best combinations. These outlinks give the host website a marginal "bounceback effect." A much lighter version of what the PF Algos are sending out. I think Professor Oxton mentioned this in a previous discussion, that PF acts in a manner which allows an URL or a Tracking system or a Guided Missile system to reach it's fullest potential. In an organic sense, if you will pardon the expression, PF interacts with the "code" of the "original sender" to sharper. to better define its characteristics. Believe me, if you didn't understand my English, wait until we unveil the math. Talk about Black Holes....lots of contradictions.

Q) How do I get my website into the program?

(laughter)

Dr. Amos Westing
A) Get in line.... No. No. good question. Because we have relationships with the main Search Engines and the Space Agencies, the selection process is long and tedious.

Q) Do I understand, you are receiving help from the Search Engines?

A) No. Absolutely not. Yet, since we are dallying around with their Patents, we went through certain channels to inform them of our work and keep them updated. We felt it was only fair. Between the SE's and the Government, we require companies in the project to provide actual content, pass security clearances, sign waivers....(Some of our members are placebos and are receiving no benefit in terms of rankings.)

Q) Back to backlinks. I've seen on a few occasions that the backlinks pointing to PF only contain a few different URL's

A) We have a few tricks, and don't want the test companies revealed at this time. Just because you link to PF doesn't mean you getting the "bounce."
